Domestic - USA

  1. Orders take an estimated 2-4 business days to be delivered AFTER departure from our warehouse. * Be advised covid 19 has delayed shipping from USPS. 
  2. Ideally we try to get our packages out ASAP,  1-2 days after the order is purchased is our goal, but not always a guarantee. 
  3. 100% satisfaction guarantee. Don't love it? Return it. Doesn't fit? Exchange it. We will provide a return label however items being returned for a refund will incur a restocking fee  ( 10% of purchase price, not to exceed 10.00 ) *** applicable For US orders only , we can not provide return shipping for international orders. Please check our size charts and email with questions if you are unsure how items may fit. 
  4. Tracking is provided on all orders. Fame Kills is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered. If your item is marked as delivered, and you don't see it please check with your neighbors, and then contact the shipping carrier first
  5. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Fame Kills is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers. In the event a package is returned to us for an incomplete address the buyer will be emailed and asked for the correct address. The buyer will have to bear the cost to have the parcel shipped back to them or pay a restocking which is 10 percent of the order , not to exceed 10.00
  6. Fame Kills is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier. Although we typically try to ship as quick as possible, we can't force things like holiday mail traffic, weather and other circumstances that may delay shipping. We have delays and unforeseen circumstances on our incoming items as well, lets try to have patience !
  7. Customers can select an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please be aware, There is no such thing as 1 day shipping. If you select priority mail express your package will not arrive in 1 day! 
  8. Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.
  9. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
  10. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
  11. If an item is marked in our system as " Delivered " we will assume it has been delivered. If there is an issue the buyer must reach out to the shipping agency and see if it was actually delivered, or misplaced. We have no control over this matter. and more often than not the package is misplaced and not lost.

International Shipping 

  1. International shipments can arrive in as little as 7-10 day, however they can take  between 4-6 weeks after departure from our warehouse. ( we have no control over this, we do not have any idea how the international customs process works, or what dictates delay in mail times )
  2. We advise against using USPS as your shipping option, as they are not as reliable for over seas orders. They are usually the cheapest however packages have taken 60 days to arrive, and can also be lost in transit. If you select USPS we are not liable for delays or lost packages. UPS and DHL are preferred, and easy to located delayed packages when using their service.

  5. Fame Kills is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.
  6. Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact processing and shipping times.
  7. Every country has its own set of regulations for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. The Fame Kills is not liable for any shipments that have been confiscated by customs or informing the customer of the cost of duty to import their goods.
  8. Customers who decline to pay their customs fees will have their packages discarded and will not be refunded for the order. 
  9. We recommend you contact your country's customs agency to determine what the rules are for importing our products and the cost of duty. We do not take responsibility for issues with shipment related to customs.
  10. We are not responsible for unforeseen charges which may be implemented by your countries customs. If they charge a import fee / duty / tax this is out of our control.
